Here's your chance to own a FULLY SERVICED (ultrasonic wash, rinse, and lubrication) 14K Solid Gold Hamilton Electric Spectra watch.  Pictured in Rene Rondeau's book "The Watch Of The Future" on pages 157-158, it was released in July of 1957 with an original price of $150.00.  It is four times signed on the dial, case, movement, and crown.  It runs great and keeps time to well under 30 seconds variation per day, and has a brand new battery just installed.  The hack function works properly, and the watch starts right up each time the crown is pushed in from the setting position to the running position.

The Spectra was the third watch in the Electric series, following the Ventura and Van Horn.  This example was given by Michigan Govenor G. Mennen Williams to the Michigan State Spartans MVP in 1957, Dan Currie.  Dan Currie went on to play for the Green Bay Packers and won two NFL Championships in 1961 and 1962.  He passed away on September 11, 2017.  The photo of Currie will be included with the watch.

The case has a great asymmetrical touch, in that the case is broader and thicker at the 12 position.  The lines radiating out from the dial at the 6 position compliment the case shape, and give this watch a classic look that is sure to turn heads.  Don't let this one get away.

Guaranteed to arrive in fine working order, or money back upon return, or return for any reason within 7 days for a full refund.  I am an NAWCC (National Association of Watch and Clock Collectors) member and stand behind what I sell.
