Here's your chance to own a FULLY SERVICED (ultrasonic wash, rinse, and lubrication) Hamilton Electric watch. Pictured in Rene Rondeau's book "The Watch Of The Future" on page 159, it was released in June of 1963 with an original price of $110.00. It is quadruple signed on the dial, case, movement, and crown. It runs great and keeps time to well under 30 seconds variation per day, and has a brand new battery just installed. The hack function works properly, and the watch starts right up each time the crown is pushed in from the setting position to the running position.
The Spectra II is obviously not related to the original Spectra, and Rene Rondeau call it "Remarkably Scarce. The hammered-texture bezel is quite attractive. However, it appears few were sold." I, too have seen very few of these, and this one is in great shape. It has the ORIGINAL DIAL, and shows NO BRASSING anywhere on the 10K RGP Case. Don't miss out on this hard to find Hamilton Electric Spectra II.
