Here's your chance to own a FULLY SERVICED (ultrasonic wash, rinse, and lubrication) Hamilton Electric Converta IV watch. Pictured in Rene Rondeau's book "The Watch Of The Future" on page 178, it was released in August of 1958 with an original price of $110 with metal band, and $95 with leather strap. It is quadruple signed on the dial, case, movement, and crown. It runs great and keeps time to well under 30 seconds variation per day, and has a brand new battery just installed. The hack function works properly, and the watch starts right up each time the crown is pushed in from the setting position to the running position.
The Converta has a larger case than many Hamilton Electrics very similar to the RR Special series, that goes well with today's fashion of larger watches. It is rare to find an original bracelet for this watch, and this one is New Old Stock. It would make a great addition to a Hamilton Electric collection.
