Hamilton Electric Centaur Watch
Offered is this FULLY SERVICED (ultrasonic wash, rinse, and lubrication) Hamilton Electric Centaur watch. Pictured in René Rondeau's book "The Watch Of The Future" on page 134, it was released in July of 1965 with an original price of $125.00. It is signed on the dial, case, movement, and crown. It runs great and keeps time to well under 30 seconds variation per day and has a brand new battery just installed. The hack function works properly, and the watch starts right up each time the crown is pushed in from the setting position to the running position.
The Centaur is quite scarce and this example has a very nice original finish dial, and no brassing anywhere on the case. It has just had a NEW OLD STOCK D-PIN installed in the balance, so it will run virtually as it did from the factory.
