Bulova A-11 Air Force World War II Military Hacking
This is a great looking Bulova A-11 World War II hacking Military watch that winds, sets, and runs great. It keeps excellent time. My understanding is that the AF 44 on the back stood for Air Force, and year manufactured of 1944. The watch is complete with inner dust cover and gasket which is rare to find intact. The hacking feature stops the seconds hand when the crown is in the setting position. The hacking feature allowed watches to be set in unison with other watches right down to the second, which was often important in military operations.
