Hamilton Electric Pegasus Watch
Offered is this FULLY SERVICED (ultrasonic wash, rinse, and lubrication) Hamilton Electric Pegasus watch. Pictured in René Rondeau's book "The Watch Of The Future" on page 151, it was released in May 1965 with an original price of $125 with metal band. It is signed on the dial, case, movement, and crown. It runs great and keeps time to well under 30 seconds variation per day. It has a brand new battery just installed. The hack function works properly, and the watch starts right up each time the crown is pushed in from the setting position to the running position. It has just had a BRAND NEW OLD STOCK D-PIN installed in the balance, so it will run virtually as it did from the factory.
The Pegasus was released very close to the end of the Hamilton Electric line and has the distinction of being the only Hamilton Electric without "Electric" written on the dial. Instead of "Electric", the new "H" for Hamilton takes its place above the 6 position. This example has the original finish on the dial, with radiating brushed finish, in exceptional condition.
