Hamilton Electric Titan III RARE Original Black Dial Watch
Offered is this FULLY SERVICED (ultrasonic wash, rinse, and lubrication) Hamilton Electric Titan III with extremely rare Original Finish Black Dial. Pictured in René Rondeau's book "The Watch Of The Future" on page160, it was released in January of 1964 with an original price of $125.00. This black dial version was never catalogued and released near the end of production in 1968. The watch is signed on the dial, case, movement, and crown. It runs great and keeps time to well under 30 seconds variation per day and has a brand new battery just installed. The hack function works properly, and the watch starts right up each time the crown is pushed in from the setting position to the running position. As a plus, it has had a BRAND NEW OLD STOCK D-PIN installed in the balance, so it will run virtually as it did from the factory. The Lord Lancaster J was the diamond dial version of the White Gold Filled Titan III and is quite rare.
