Hamilton Pan Europ 707 Chrono-Matic GMT Caliber 11 Watch
Offered is this great looking FULLY SERVICED Hamilton Chrono-Matic GMT Pan Europ with world's first automatic chronograph introduced in 1969. This model was introduced in 1971, and listed as Chronomatic "D". It was priced at $200, and was Hamilton's first model in the series to feature the GMT feature (yellow hand), which allowed easy tracking of a second time zone. The watch winds, sets, and runs great, and keeps excellent time, and the chronograph feature works flawlessly. The Caliber 11, was a collaborative effort between Hamilton, Heuer, Breitling, and Buren. Each company released a version of this movement, and it can be easily distinguished by having the winding/setting crown opposite the chronograph pushers.
The Pan Europ 707 differs from the more common (but still rare) Pan Europ 703 in that the 707 features the yellow GMT hand, and 24 hour external rotating bezel.
